This course will share an introduction to Performance Management, a sub-discipline of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practice. Designed for behavior analysts with little/no exposure to Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) or Performance Management, this foundational information will provide context to how Performance Management came to be, how it is related to clinical practice and behavior analytic certification, and how behavior analysts can share the benefits of behavior science with the wider business community.
