This course explores the topic of organizational culture and its impact on behavior within business settings. Through our data-based and applied practice strategies, organizational behavior management practitioners can take a more practical approach to identify and measure cultural variables, enabling them to develop concrete strategies for shaping and influencing culture within organizations. We delve into the concept of macrobehavior, metacontingencies, and socio interlocked behaviors, explaining how multiple performers' behaviors are interdependent and influence one another. Two specific organizational variables, values and mission, are analyzed to determine how we can best use these to influence the culture of an organization.
